I have seen a couple of different ones that span from single family rentals to mobile home parks and commercial real estate such as office buildings, storage builds, etc.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it only takes getting burned once to want to change your policy.

I just closed on a 23 unit mobile home park, almost all lot rentals.

RV parks, mobile home parks, house hack rentals and such are the way we are headed.  

But still found it odd that they burn employee time for no water usage.

Mobile homes are like baby chick eggs... easy to damage but also easy to repair. 

If you have the cash to burn for a 2nd home and actually love Seattle go for it.

You could try selling it yourself and offer 3-4% to the buyer agent to see what you are paying for on the selling s300 is sky high for a notary fee unless its a mobile notary.. and even if it mobile that is about 50% higher than I
