It's actually a brilliant strategy (I didn't invent the strategy so I'm not being boastful) if you can find a deal in which the numbers add up.Do you get a positive cash flow?

Sure, I suppose you could boast that you will be getting a cap rate of 25% in ten years time, vs the 8% you might get with those SAME invested dollars this year, but that's not too different from any compound rate that you will get with interest upon interest, is it?

It boasts 8 rooms that have supposedly been converted to apartments, and the first floor has seen different businesses come and go over the past 75 years.However, there is a fair amount of history associated with the building.  

The schools are what they are, but nothing to boast about at all.

The only really unique accolade I can boast at this point is to probably be the only investor who can say “BP saved my life.”
