Soon after that text is the following: This bill would, with certain exceptions, prohibit a lessor of residential property from terminating the lease without just cause, as defined, stated in the written notice to terminate.The remedy to the tenant for a no-fault eviction would require the landlord to pay 2-3 months of rent back to the tenant.My question is this: If I have a month-to-month tenant, and I give him/her the proper notice of the termination of the contract, is that considered a no-fault eviction?

Fresh Shiny Paint.it was built in the 90's (no lead) but it seems to have a LOT of paint layers, much more than it should.How much paint is too much, and if it's too much what's the remedy for it?

The most common scenario if you don't remedy the situation is that you would have to replace that portion of the roof sooner and that some of the roof decking will have dry rotted from the condensation forming on the underside over time.

I rather suspect that this tenant will find it quite tedious to be repairing the house every 6 months after your "safety inspections" disclose serious damage that needs to be remediate (at her expense).
