Secrets are awkward.

Currently I have an internship at a widget manufacturing company and a job at a warehouse in hopes of building up as much money as I can, but as a young adult about to be stuck in the awkward phase between high school and college, I have no real commitments so i'm willing to drop everything in order to learn and potentially start my journey down the real estate path. 

If they are able to help or interested they will let you know without you making a situation awkward by just straight asking them.

They didn't say I couldn't, but they had this awkward silence and I was beginning to wonder if I was doing something antithetical to the industry standard? 

I don't know why I feel awkward asking for all 3.

Usually it was an awkward conversation, because I was converting their family home to a rental property. 

I am trying to wrap my head around how to get this done but have never used OPM and have NO CLUE and I feel super awkward about even asking people I know.Ex. 

Hi @JJ De La Llera - Not sure if this is helpful or not, but we turned an awkward 1400 sq foot 1/2 into a 3/2 and added a ton of value.

I am just not sure how to approach this issue because it opens up to an awkward time.
