I am currently writing up a plan based on books, blogs, forums, other people, audio, and a bunch of other sources.

I want every form that I will ever need included, for regular purchses, lease optioning, subject 2's, rentals, title co. forms, recording forms, all of them.I want to be able to email questions about the course or other things that were not in the course to the author.I want audio recordings of you on the phone with 20 different sellers prequalifying deals.

His product uses false advertising as he promises audio CDs but his product is just downloable content to listen to on your computer.

You have some large rooms that can easily be turned into economy/studio apartments, etc...It's am ambitious project for sure.

I've read all of Robert Kyosaki's books, a few by Trump, some Ron LeGrand books & audios.

deliver it in person, take a picture of the clock on your car clock and the front fo the house before you do it,,if possible take an audio recording of giving it to them,,,make sure the person is 18, and its better to give it to one of the tenant on the lease (at least that what I prefer doing)some people will never pick up the mail if something is certified
