Forms and paperwork (novice question)
Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day!
I'm new to real estate investing. I am currently writing up a plan based on books, blogs, forums, other people, audio, and a bunch of other sources. My interest is in foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and short sales. I want to review paperwork that is used in a short sale. How do I acquire the paperwork used in a short sale? I see I can buy it from other people. I imagine that I can ask a RE attorney to create it for me. How do people get their forms? What is the best source?
Thank you in advance.
