Hey guys so I’m looking to currently buy my first house my credit is above 700+ I’ll have a co signer aswell to increase my DTI if needed I’m looking to acquire a 300-325k home in Las Vegas my goal is to live for free I wanna rent out the rooms to cover my mortgage and all expenses if possibly I’d like some advice on people who have done this prior I plan on getting a single family how do you come up with a estimate to how much rooms can rent for?

I think one thing you could do, would be to get a co-signer, but sometimes there are some goofy loopholes to get through as well.Maybe @Zack Karp or @Michael Facchini have a solution since they deal with loans 24/7.
