How do I get a loan while in college with a commission based job?
I am currently a Senior in College and I got my real estate license 3 months ago. I am looking to buy my first investment property which would probably be a duplex. I have $30,000 saved but I'm worried I won't be able to get a loan since I wouldn't have 2 years of W2 work history since I am now commission-based. Should I go try to go the FHA route and house hack a duplex? Do I need a co-signer? Are there any other ways I could get a loan?
