First house hack/property HELP
Hey guys so I'm looking to currently buy my first house my credit is above 700+ I'll have a co signer aswell to increase my DTI if needed I'm looking to acquire a 300-325k home in Las Vegas my goal is to live for free I wanna rent out the rooms to cover my mortgage and all expenses if possibly I'd like some advice on people who have done this prior I plan on getting a single family how do you come up with a estimate to how much rooms can rent for?

@Joshua Schaffner I'm doing the exact same thing in Vegas. Demand is high so I was able to put the rooms a bit above market.
Depending on location, if it's a nice area you could possibly rent the master bed for 800-1000. (Mine js 900).
The smaller bedrooms I'd say between 500-800 (renting mine for 700)
