While I do think there is a lot of learning that happens outside of the classroom and I would hate to see things like clubs, sports, recreation, etc. to go away, it does make you wonder at what point will students start realizing that they really are throwing away a lot of money?

And just had got my 3rd one under contract todayin a nice area thats only 10 minutes from home.The third one will bump me up to 17 sfh's.The financing seems to really have opened up some recently.Not getting anywhere near as much pushback from the localbanks and I think I finally found a broker that can do 5-10 again - although I only have 2 conventional sports left.This year is on pace to be a fantastic year.

I can tell you multifamily is a contact sport and you will be eaten alive very quickly if you do not purchase correctly and plan your exit properly.Banks and sellers do not care you overpaid when you purchase from them and are glad to dump it on you.
