Hi Jan, In respect to everyone advice is on the dot.

You'll find they have a few scars and stories to share that don't match the rosy picture painted by new investors that have never experienced a down market.I know a very respected Property Manager in Florida.

Or see if you can find someone in his circle that he values and respect to serve the same role.

I wouldnt rule them out completely but I would try to understand why they are not respecting that rule . 

This is the import slide you want which all respectable importers use at least in my market.I could go on and on but dont settle for some name-less trash just because it is Chinese.
