I would also be concerned about whether there is a window and if it is large enough to allow someone to escape (and it has to be operational).Personally, I think it's dishonest to advertise it as a bedroom because it's clearly not.

I would argue it's dishonest to even market the units before you own them because you're advertising something you don't control.If I were going to do it, I wouldn't start until a few days prior to possession and I would market it as a "coming soon" property to gauge interest.
