De Humidifiers are more efficient for humidity and also help with the temperature "fee".  60 moist is a lot colder than 60 dry.  88 dry is a lot cooler than 88 moist.S.

In cooler climates you'd probably want to install the vapor barrier between the back of the drywall and the insulation.

No, but I bought a commercial ice machine, and I’m almost halfway done lining my properties with Yeti coolers.  

My STRs have everything needed for living in the house, from iron and ironing board to crock pot to beach towels, beach chairs and coolers.

Plus it looks way cooler....
