Currently, I'm working as a Property Manager in Boston, MA managing HOA's around the city.

My interests lie in small-multifamily fixer uppers in Massachusetts (central Mass, Merrimack valley and Norfolk county just south of Boston). 

Me and my fianceé are newbies from the greater Boston area and we are interested in small multi-family properties (tris and quads).

We are in the Boston area, which is a very fast market and often little room for negotiation so we had to get our number right the first time.

Also, a Wrigleyville Airbnb is going to be near the top of the range for any place in the country simply because of the city, the neighborhood, proximity to public transportation, and proximity to the city's center.

Obviously in Boston you want to rent out in the summer or by Sept. 1.

Starting in my backyard of Boston suburbs first, but have some contacts in Baltimore that are putting that area on the radar for me as well.
