Eventually though I found an older lady getting ready to retire, she was a sweetheart.

Weird thing is that I have quite the local reputation for being a pretty cut-throat landlord not afraid to send non-curable 30-day notices, evicting old ladies (with significant lease violations) in the middle of Covid and garnishing wages.

Oh yes the pied-à-terre.I had a guy come see one of my rentals driving a nice beamer, wearing a suit, obviously very corporate with a very attractive lady hanging on his arm.

Probably the best way to find a handyman or lady is to attend some of the local meetups and ask around in person there.

The First Lady interviewed pays $380 per month for a unit probably valued at $3500 or more per month.

Triggered by the loss of my 80 year old mother early that year,  a lady with very minimum formal education- she had managed to bring up her 5 kids, provided for their college education and instilled them with a high values.

There was a quad near me that the lady was asking over 100k for it.

Since its are lady profitable I believe its just a matter of maybe raising rent, adding homes, cutting costs, etc. and it'll be even MORE profitable.  

This can happen anywhere,, we talked with a couple (owners) in Detroit Lakes MN last weekend,, they had listed their house on Zillow for rent for the  fall,winter,spring season,, the owner was concerned when he spotted 2 ladys walking in his side / back yard.. when questioned they said they were looking to rent the house..

One unit is rented for $550 a month to a 100% section 8 tenant--older single lady who seems to take great care of the property.
