How long have you been self managing?

I graduated back in May of 2022 and I am currently living with my beautiful fiancé and we are getting married in October.

We are geared towards making MFH building owners rich.

We are wondering if the property price for my SFR will go down once the construction is complete as I have never been in this situation before.

how long do things sit on the rental market?

This is essentially a type of deed that will transfer ownership as long as specific conditions are being met. 

My goal is long term.

With the unknowns in the direction of interest rates and changes in landlord/tenant laws we are seeing cap rates fluctuate as of late. 

Which one (usually, and I understand it's not simple) has a better resale and long-term potential?

I know a couple of Americans who have gone so far as to repatriate to the US for a couple of years - long enough to no longer be a "tax resident" under the J tax regime - in order to complete a shuffling/1031 rebalancing of their US portfolios.
