if so i would certainly not use an attorney for form. sunbiz.org is so incredibly easy and user friendly. also bienes, to answer your question: a default judgement can be filed against you IF you (or the RA) does not respond to a lawsuit IN A TIMELY MANNER.

And the bank is so caught up in the CYA activities that they will tell all employees to keep mum so as not to let anything out that should be kept confidential.And it's pretty certain that just about everybody at the bank will have no idea about anything having to do with that property, except for the amount of dollars that the bank wants to net off of the sale.My question: Why do you wish to speak with somebody at the bank?

There is a budget and a reserve which is holding it's own right now, but because the fee is so low and the cost to run the pocket sewer plant is high, but the developer has stated that he prefers not to raise the fees at this time, but it is anticipated that as more homes are built and come on-line to the PSP then the fees may go up, but quite frankly this area cannot support much more in the way of a fee (low income area other than a Marine Corps base and school district and your basic fast food establishments, there's not much in the way of employment).
