Am I really not able to talk to the bank even after I have an executed contract?
This is what the listing agent is telling me. I have a signature on the contract and I'm sure I could easily track the person down by name but this listing agent is saying that they don't deal with the buyers at all because if they did they would get "too bogged down."

They will either:
1. refer you back to listing agent
or
2. not call you back, and refer your # back to listing agent.
Either way, you are going to piss off the listing agent.
