I am a fourth generation investor and LOVE THIS BUSINESS. I like creative RE investing and am looking to network in Las Vegas, Phoneix, Chicago, Florida, Wisconsin and Southern California.

I bought my first property when I was 18 and never stopped. I am currently transitioning from landlording to wholesaleing and rehabbing. I bought my last property in 2007 and am ready to jump back in buying and selling. I worked as an REO asset manger for 8 years and we sold 140 properties a month across the US. I have spent the last 12 years as a full time real estae investor. I have done flip and turn, rehabbing, hold and rent, 1031 exchanges, property management, property peservation, BPO's, AITD's, wraps, land contracts, subject to's and loan assumptions.

I wish this site had been around 20 years ago. Joshua, why didn't you start than?? I would have made more money.... :). This is a great site and there is so much info here. I am looking to networrk and am a book of knowledge...I am avaialble to answer questions and make deals happen. Good luck everybody..This is going to be a great year for real estate investing with the right knowledge. :D
