As we have since January 2020, with the proactive decision to limit travel from China and the passage of three massive economic relief packages, my Administration will take whatever steps are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and maintain economic prosperity.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the Department of Health and Human Services have concluded that “growing and disproportionate unemployment rates for some racial and ethnic minority groups during the COVID-19 pandemic may lead to greater risk of eviction and homelessness or sharing of housing.”This trend is concerning for many reasons, including that homeless shelters have proven to be particularly susceptible to outbreaks of COVID-19.

Might be too soon to tell about the seasonal snowbird market, my sense is that it will remain strong though Canadians may be less inclined to travel south this year.

What’s going to happen to business travel and conventions?

The lenders I have spoken to so far are looking for 2 consecutive years of W2's, however, I have a 1.5-year gap when my partner and I traveled between 2018-2019.

I also made a few 4 hour road trips to where the property is located (close to my other properties) and incurred travel related expenses as well. 

Passenger traffic at the four airports serving Los Angeles County plunged 58% during the first half of 2020, their worst six-month performance in history as Covid-19 slammed the air travel industry!

This makes them especially popular with multigenerational travel since grandparents can stay downstairs and also have more privacy.

I’m currently a travel nurse so I move every few months.

Tourists usually travel with the intent of visiting a nearby city and all its major attractions.
