All the contracts, terms and conditions were signed by both parties and the title company even validated the purchase price weeks before closing on the title commitment.  

Hey BP people, I created a spreadsheet to help underwrite and analyze airbnb and short term rentals. 

Question - if I go to the old insurance company or even a different one - the question will be asked  in layman's terms "have you been turned down for insurance and if so was it non payment ,structure, etc"--- at that point I have to say 'yes' and 'roof' right?

- Will this strategy impact my long home buying abilities 2-3 years from now when I am looking for my long term residence, and if so how? 

The part that I am having trouble with is long term equity. 

We have had 2 long term rentals. 1 when we were in our early 20’s and got hurt a little during the 2008 down turn and sold it.

Either offering a unit or two as short-term rentals available with a space of horses to stay as well; a horse motel is the idea. 

I do wonder if this could be accomplished with a 7 residential unit and using one unit as a short term rental though. 

This will be at a higher rate than if you had long term tenants.
