Hi BP community,I am toying with the idea of starting a new early morning routine where I wake up early to exercise, cook, and do RE-related activities before work. 

I was used to purchasing FHA previously and didn't realize conventional lenders don't have as strict of guidelines on inspection prior to refinancing. 

So, we have a strict no smoking policy.  

As far as the inspections, Rochester NY has the most strict C of O laws in the US - to the point where Chicago and Detroit came to learn how we do it here.
