C-Corp is only taxed at 21%, ownership can take a small amount of income per flip (paid as W2) leaving money in the business to grow a staff, buy software, etc. 

I'd like to have some tools to aggregate the listing to the other sites like VRBO, etc without having to recreate it at all these places.I've seen that Guesty and Hostaway are some high rated software to not only do this, but then share the calendars and aggregate all the channels.

Hello All,     I have decided to upgrade from Excel to an accounting software and I have decided to go with QuickBooks due to scalability of the software.

I would be curious what the software is like.

We are worried that using a software to screen, collect payments, and submit requests, may just be more of a hassle than helpful.

I know it can be overwhelming but having those set standards and a good software/ system is worth it. 

I recommend using Stessa (free bookkeeping software) to track your income and expenses. it will make it easier to keep all your numbers straight when tax season rolls around!

Most high-end property management software have the ability to set this up for you but there are also several companies that will bill your tenants for you and pay the utility companies in a bundled service, this will also help you ensure compliance.
