Short Term Vacation property - Mgmt software questions
Hey guys
So we got our first vacation property all setup on just Air BNB. I'd like to have some tools to aggregate the listing to the other sites like VRBO, etc without having to recreate it at all these places.
I've seen that Guesty and Hostaway are some high rated software to not only do this, but then share the calendars and aggregate all the channels. I am not sure if one is better than the other, as I have just recently started researching this. I am also unaware of the pricing structures on either, for just 1 property.
Main goal is to aggregate and market it to more sites than just Air BNB.
If anyone can share their experiences or pros/cons of one or the other, that would be great. Thanks in advance!

1 other thing is if you create your Airbnb listing, VRBO has an onboarding team that will copy it over to VRBO. You hop on a quick call with them & they basically do the rest.
I personally didn't like Guesty that much (back when it was YourPorter). It was really clunky at the time, but I think it's probably improved a lot since then. I primarily use Hospitable because I think the most important part of the system is good automated messaging & you can sync across multiple platforms as well.
Honestly, it's a trial and error kind of thing. So just do free trials for a few of them until you find one that fits your needs.
