That's a very expensive and stressful way to lose sleep. 

I've lost a lot of sleep and had a lot of stress from this family. 

I don't think this would be loud enough for neighbors to complain, but being in a bedroom right below I can relate to it being fairly loud and definitely hard to sleep through. 

In a Texas lease it usually states that if the neighbors are being disturbed on a regular basis them the problem makers can be evicted.  

So if you want to connect with investors in the big leagues, just know that networking never sleeps!

If it is actively listed on the MLS, its is smart for them to block off the next few months in their calendar to allow showings, not have to disturb the guests, etc.

I think everyone should do what lets them sleep best at night, regardless of the numbers.

Whatever you do, don't lose any sleep over it.
