They are highly skilled, trained and managed.

I feel as though there's always sometime to learn and improve on in the multifamily space - I feel my underwriting and analysis skills have definitely come a long way over the past 4 years of investing and sponsoring MF syndications.

Although, there are skilled carpenters that could know how to handle all of this.

You want the guest to be wowed by your property — it can be as simple as a couple of unique, stunning art pieces.Just keep in mind people are not going to actually look at your property before booking (this is not a real estate listing where they will come and look at it in person before making a decision).

What are the critical 'traits/skills' the right agent should possess?  

Most of them do not have that skill set. 

I bring a set of skills as well which I will later discuss so that I can also be useful to this community too.

Another side note is that my fiance is an Art Director and has a knack for photography, just not necessarily real estate specific.Any advice before I drop $500 on a pro?
