The last 12 months aren't going to predict the next 12, and more or less next 120-240 months which is probably the minimum period to invest in. 

They are predictable, vacancy rates are low, and delinquency is low. 

Of course consumers surveys are notfor making predictions, but they do matter.

I'm in it for the long haul and intend to double down if the market slumps later this year, as predicted.

You make money based on what you can predict might happen.Maybe there isn't really anything to review on this.

But what we can predict is that a lot more buyers will jump in when they do and that usually has the effect of turning it into a seller's market because now there's more demand for the product.
