I do have additional cash on hand to invest but I would like to use the equity build up in these two properties in addition to put myself in an even better position to purchase either a couple more SFR or a Multi family.Both homes are located in Nampa, Idaho and are financed through a large bank, not a local community bank which I would like to start building a relationship with.I would appreciate any advice.Thanks,Devon

I currently own a home in upstate NY that is a two family, which I rent out both places with a positive cash flow of roughly $500 monthly.

Would such a redemption reinstate the 2nd and at the same time move it into first position ? 

They have been on my radar and I have seen some positive reviews but I also have some concerns.

I'm wondering what experienced investors would do in my current position.  

The other contractor, I'll call X, came with a worker and we did the walk through and it was very positive.

I texted today saying that tomorrow would come their quit or pay notice.

@Billy Brown I wish I was in a position to house hack but this would for an investment that is not owner occupied.

Has anyone noticed that it seems like there are a lot more construction projects being **** down by Dallas city code enforcement?
