Looking at Nashville for multiplex investments. Does anyone have recommendations?

Do you know what you are looking for? Meaning, can you describe the kind of property, the kind of tenants, the kind of investment you're looking to make? Are you able to close on a deal or still getting your bearings?

Without being able to answer these questions, no broker is going to give you the time of day.
