Hi Paul,

Do you know what you are looking for? Meaning, can you describe the kind of property, the kind of tenants, the kind of investment you're looking to make? Are you able to close on a deal or still getting your bearings?

Without being able to answer these questions, no broker is going to give you the time of day.

If you don't know yet, get on loopnet, start looking at Nashville multi familly real estate and educate yourself until you are able to define the above and work with a broker.
