Lesson learned during closing: ensure the title company has the electronic payout instructions because they tried to FedEx a physical check which had to go through my "accounts receivable" adding 5 business days to get the money into my account.

Malcom, Let me clarify, we have several properties we own and are currently rentals, What I want to know is if there a physical document called a portfolio for real estate properties (much like artist or  designers) .If it is a software, or do I have to create one.
