There is so much tech you can use to reach many more leads sitting behind a computer than physically being in the field. 

Don’t trust anyone’s numbers, do your own market survey, physically visit and shop the competition.

Malcom, Let me clarify, we have several properties we own and are currently rentals, What I want to know is if there a physical document called a portfolio for real estate properties (much like artist or  designers) .If it is a software, or do I have to create one.

@Andrew Gordon If your plan ends up with you buying physical properties as opposed to REITs or investing in Syndications please make sure to include the reserves in your budgeting when you are analyzing your purchases.
