Using this method, I will have effectively no seasoning period. 

I am considering purchasing about an acre of land around Hunter NY, about 2.5 hrs from NYC, for around $10k in cash and using some sort of financing to purchase a 4 season container cabin for the Airbnb short term rental market.

The program will allow for an 80% LTV cash back based off of the total purchase price plus total fees/costs.This allows you to get the cash back and not have to wait for the 6 month title seasoning.

The DP funds must season with the borrower for at least 3 months and lenders don't usually allow anyone but the borrower to be on the deed.   

Right now we are about to start our 4th year of all 5 star reviews and are nearly fully booked for our primary season.

Its understandable since seasoned, veteran investors don't need what the agent has to offer. 

It's a slower season but make sure your property is set up correctly.

Don't wait, as most of the accountants are either already swamped for the current tax season or about to.

How were you able to get around the typical 6 month seasoning period?
