If you have a muli-unit as opposed to a SFR, raising rent is easier on your wallet since your income is spread over multiple units. 

So ive been trying to spread my name.

Take any and all extra money that you can from the rental income and pay down your mortgage, so that you can leverage this property again in the future to buy another propery with a way better spread.

Maybe this is common knowledge but I'm not on very active on very many social media platforms and I couldn't find it on the BP forums.

To market I have done everything in the book (social media, signs, rei meetings etc).
