Doing a lot of projects on Highway 46 between Boerne and New Braunfels

Finally many projects are planned two to three years ahead, so when inventory comes online there can be a glut.

So I guess everything I do is technically part time because some days i'm working on a rehab project, the next day I'm working with one of my non-RE business clients, and the next day I'm working on something completely unrelated...It's not easy to make a living right out of the gate being a full time agent. 

We have bought our first BRRR project and are working to finish off the renovation and move into renting it out.

After initial contact, I've offered to take people out for lunch or property/project tours to network and build a relationship.

Also, let’s say you make 10000, from one sale this year and put all that money on the next project that are not able to sell it until next year, you will owe taxes on the 10,000 this year. 

Most people use the sites to get ballpark numbers and never use them, which is killing the contractor on those sites and will eventually lead to those sites shutting down (Angie's List already was sold for a massive loss to HA) 

Thanks for your input guys, it’s a big project for it being my first but I’m willing to take it on, the income potential is there and I can’t pass it up... the funds I can get, just want an idea of what I will be spending..
