Any Investors in Comal or Hays Counties in Texas?

Hello, hope all is well! I am reaching out to see if there are any active investors in Texas that are in the Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, or New Braunfels areas? I am new to REI and looking to build a network in the area. I am currently in the process of learning the ins and outs of the business and if anyone is in the market for someone to help with anything from grunt work to finding deals, I'm your guy! There are a number of investors throughout the area, myself included. There are also several monthly meet ups including one hosted by @Cameron Whitehead in San Marcos and another meet up in New Braunfels.
