Have you received any leads from that traffic?

Is this the most effect lead generation for flips or wholesale?

I specialize in lead generation and can actively work to find you buyers fast.

You can get these leads from sites like listsource.com (one of my favorites) or many others.  

Unfortunately I've found exactly zero posts about their systems, which leads me to believe the access does not exist.

Buying old listings is like mining any lead source, it's a numbers game.

As far as the number - we knew we wanted to price it around $1250, but one thing that I've noticed about Zillow (where most of our leads came from), is that on the map view the prices over $1k are rounded to the nearest hundred (so $1250 would be shown as $1.3k whereas $1249 would be shown as $1.2k on searches).

Which list filters have given you best leads in regard to finding motivated sellers? 

If you had more leads/projects, would you then start outsourcing that and start working on the business more - managing the projects or finding more work?

I did a great prehab deal in Aliamanu a couple years ago by driving for dollars while I was already in the neighborhood for another lead.
