Would I be able to take out a loan, let it sit in my personal savings account for at least 60 days and be able to use that as a down payment on a house?

I’m 22 and was never really involved with out of state affairs so I’m just trying to get an understanding of what happens after things like this.

The lender insists on paying the proceeds or the cash-out amount to the LLC and not to the friend's personal account.

My take is that it's vitally important to know who you are working with, and have the history of the players involved.

However, my big question is how do I account for the money I'm saving by not paying any interest? 

My onboarding usually involves having my team send the prospect with our onboarding documents and I will either meet in person or do a zoom call with them to talk about our process and see if we are a good fit for one another.If they want to move forward, they fill out the onboard docs which I pass to my VAs and they setup the listings.

We plan on using a money marketing account to save with until we buy our property to live in rather than it be a rental property after the next 6 years.
