I work in the medical field, paper charting is old school, putting information straight into software, capable of generating follow up, and much more seems the way to go?

Bill doesn't need me to defend him but it's the hyper - sensitive BS detectors that keep BP's integrity off the charts.

@Ben LeybovichBen, it means the industry is in a world hurt.Every generation complains about the two or three after them, my dad thought it was the end of the world when the Beatles landed and we tried to grow our hair longer. 

Yet this chart shows a not insignificant dip in median housing price after 08.. then a fairy sharp and quick recovery.

And that is why escrow these days is so last minute.. compared to the old days when you got your docs a few weeks in advance and if there were issue you could work on them.. now its hair on fire if you have a last second issue.Lately we have been getting phishing from FATCO  wanting us to open up our supposed escrow instructions  quick glance someone might do it.. but when you read it .. total BS the ones i am getting have FLA address and a LA phone number etc..
