I’ve been there multiple times on client trips and have a genuine interest in the success of the state.

There is more than enough inspiration and knowledge to go around here, start digging through the forums and figuring out what steps most are taking to accomplish the things they like to do.

Of course there is a way to be predatory about it, but there is always a way to provide genuine value to people in this situation.

People that say no are a waste of time, no matter if you can convert them into a yes with effort.By the time you convert one no into a yes, or if you count the nos so you are closer to a yes, I would have closed 10 yesses already.All that turn no's into yesses is great inspirational guru "change your mindset" stuff...but I much rather adapt a system that gets me yesses all the time, and never lets the "nos" reach me.That system is called SEO!

Hahaha Nah, I am trying to convince people to take SEO seriously.Simply telling someone does nothing.Showing them the results will inspire more.

It’s your money and you get to spend it however you want.That being said, listen to an agents opinion if they have a genuine concern and can articulate it based on logic or data - we’re not all bad.
