Okay, so over-leverage is not borrowing from the bank too much - it's paying it back at such a fat payment which you can't afford. 

You can flip cell phones, washer & dryers, and couches for profit.

I use that phone number to call them back, and I work directly from the cell # when I work with buyers.

If you're an inspiring wholesaler be careful with what you pay attention to on here, chance are you got into the business due to lack of a big ol' fat bank account, excellent credit, connections, etc.
