I think the best buys are the market today are the daily HUD Homes aka "extended bid" properties 

Ask them to send you a daily report, etc...I've been outsourcing for a decade for VA/designing/developing/management/accounting/etc...For price, it varies, I prefer the Phillippines since I had the most success there.

You will find your 1% worth of information daily on this site.

Just food for thought. 

Be sure to use Epoxy grout so that the grout will have less of a chance to stain from food flying around (and grease).
