Would love to start building wealth more quickly than just doing our typical 9-5 and seeming to get now where.

We got $11,000 in credit from the seller that paid closing costs & bought them a lower interest rate closer to 6% vs. the 7% that was originally offered. 

This property has more than doubled in value over the past 6 years through appreciation. 

It's usually about $150 for the tour per person.

@Rob Ibarra Converting non restaurant space into restaurant space can be fairly costly from what I understand due to the need for larger than standard water lines to service the building and a general need for grease traps and other restaurant specific infrastructure.My first question around going from abandoned auto shop to kitchen is zoning, could you even get the use approved, and then are their any environmental factors in play?

We know the area pretty well and have a couple of friends in various medical fields that always talk about traveling medical professionals.

I believe that a community of people grow faster than individual efforts.
