I have contacts in Fort Smith (where I grew up), Fayetteville (where I've lived for the last few years), and here around Central Arkansas so I'm open to any of these areas.So that being said, I have a couple questions regarding wholesaling in Arkansas. 

I have a lot of interest in learning about the Central Texas market.

To start off I am living in Kentucky and looking in areas around central KY to do my investing. in the past month I have finished " How to Invest in Real Estate" by Brandon Turner, Joshua Dorkin and " The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott.

We have been shopping for a new primary, and plan on renting out our current home in west central Fl.

I think too many get pulled through the mud but we don't have a strong voice like big businesses do or unions since they're more centralized.

I live in central Indiana.

Also, I was going to give her the option for me to add central air as well for an increase in rent, thoughts?

     Here in South central Illinois, it seems to me investors have slowed their buying but not stopped entirely.

Several of my central air units need a charge of refridgerant.
