I’m currently putting in all my time to look for a full time or part time IT job to help me qualify for a loan while doing uber at the same time.I also plan on calling community banks etc to see how we could qualify for a loan or how they would advice us to move forward with the aim of achieving a MF property.Thanks for the kind words and yes I won’t give up on this at all, never the type to give up anyways.

The kind of projects that scare away many folks.   

I am talking about where to find funds to get started to knowing what kind of notes to buy and where to find them.

That kind of info would really inform my opinion here.

I kind of know that you need to get your first deal done but do not let your emotion make the decision. 

I have been researching real estate investing on podcasts, blogs, and YouTube, but the information is kind of everywhere.

I am able to live cheap on the road; stay at a hotel with breakfast, pack lunch, cook in the room, and bunk with another guy.

What kind of investors (i.e. buy & hold, or flips?)? 

From the few that I have researched or asked about, some seem kind of phony or asking prices tend to be astronomical. 

This is my primary goal ..kind of hitting the reset button on life.
