@GinaKim - Absolutely, you will probably be looking for something completely different as a "buy and hold" for your parents.

As most of you know rent payments don’t show up on the credit report (usually) There is absolutely no reason why showing proof of on time or simply past normal monthly rent payments Showing a regular pattern of payment can’t be part of requirementsto rent to someone.

The OC I don't mind, and would absolutely move to Manhattan Beach or Newport if money was no object (ie 4M) and I wanted to be on the beach and surf everyday (I did in my youth, not so much anymore).

If it’s not rented out by July 1st it won’t be the end of the world but I absolutely want to have a tenant living there sometime in the month of July.As far as how the protests and demonstrations that have been going on in Philly has affected my house, it hasn’t directly.
