I finally did and now I'm looking for funding my first "fix and flip" project.I have done quite a bit of research from reading articles, to visiting seminars, to watching YouTube videos, to reading books all about the general knowledge needed to invest in real estate. 

At home watch youtube videos, read books, browse forums.

Another buyer was a music producer, paid 1.2M cash.

Book suggestions, contacts, websites, seminars, youtube video suggestions are all appreciated.

I'm now in the place of considering a broader solution like Youtube TV for my (2) larger homes or even installing rooftop digital antennas for local access.
