Cable(TV)/Internet options Vacation Property

I’m working on finalizing a deal for an 11 unit beachfront property. Short term rental in the summer, long term in the off season. Cable/internet is included. I’ve cut the cord in my personal life years ago. I’m assuming this will work in the rentals as well. Has anyone gotten significant pushback from renters when leveraging Roku, Apple TV, Etc? Also curious what some options are for lowering internet costs. Thanks!

@Bill Connell I've rented my place out in an urban market for over 2 years, have only provided a Roku with Netflix, Hulu, Watch ESPN, etc and an HDTV antenna and have yet to receive one complaint about it.  My place is small and I think people are travelling to visit the city, not watch TV.  I think it really depends on your market, but I save hundreds a year (and hours of my time not having to address cable issues).
