It's a contender for me.In all my recent searches I'm impressed with the amount of A.I. or higher level of intelligence is built into systems now. 

Search BiggerPockets whenever you have a specific question; the forums are full of people ready to help.

And for obvious reasons most lender's don't allow you to select your own appraiser... 

Another common term you can use to search for information on is "house hack".

I do expect repairs as this is a very cheap home, but I am wondering if it is worth it really and do not want to get stuck with an old burden home for years.My other option is to wait another year and search for a newer home without large potential repairs.

Now I am a beginner also and still searching for my first deal , but I’m no stranger to business and negotiations.With any negotiation the the keys are communication and transparency.
