Hello everyone, I'm new to BP as well as real estate. I need a bit of guidance please, what are your thoughts on purchasing an investment property before purchasing your primary residence?

Investment property is your income, so it's just make sense to get income before you buying a home.

Grant Cardone doesn't think you should buy a home at all - investmen properties only!
