Flipping area in Houston, TX
What are your best techniques to decide on specific areas to purchase houses to rehab? I am asking for great analysis tools, how to pull numbers, and any pointers. I am looking in the North Houston and Conroe/Montgomery area, but open to all of Houston. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you so much for your time in advance!
