We are looking to improve that enterprise with repurposed materials, workforce training, property management to attract activity and investment to Southwest Michigan...using that resource to flip homes isn't that far fetched once we get the process down.

I currently live in at tiny town, Hillsdale MI, but will be moving back to Colorado within a year and thought I'd start finding people to learn from now while I have the time!

You need a good attorney with buying on terms.Btw, cfds (contract for deeds) in MI are popular.Give the home seller a cash offer and 2 terms offers, explain the benefits of each.
